Our website will be undergoing further additions to provide more information, including a parent handbook. Please read the “philosophy” section of this website to gain a better understanding and feeling for the undertones of the school. The “curriculum” section does not apply to the Pre/K program.
For: Ages 3 ½ – 5 years oldWhen: Monday, Wednesday and Friday (following the Hood River County School District schedule)
Program Times: 9:00 am – 2:00 pm
-8:30 am drop off time available
-After school care available

Tuition: $3,000/ year

8:30-9:00 Arrival9:00-9:30 Free Play
9:30-9:45 Circle Time (Songs, dance, movement, sharing, letter and number of the week, helper of the day)
9:45-10:00 Spiritual and Character Development -To start the year, we will do fun and inspiring activities from “I Came From Joy” by Lorna Knox. This is a workbook of 26 non-sectarian lessons, to teach children spiritual qualities needed for a fulfilling life such as: kindness, love, generosity, and concentration.
10:00-10:30 Activity Centers (Free choice of a variety of engaging centers)
10:30-11:00 Healthy Snack (provided by New Vision)
11:00-11:45 Free Play Outside/Indoor Gym Play during inclement weather/Cooperative Games
12:00-1:00 Story/Lunch/Quiet Rest Time
1:00-1:40 Spanish/ Music (Mon, Fri)
Spanish/Art (Wed)1:40-1:50 Closing Circle
1:50-2:00 Organizing for Departure
2:00 Departure
